Annual Fundraiser: Arts, Beats, and Eats


We are excited to invite Pace Brantley families, staff, and community to Arts, Beats & Eats on Friday, February 27 from 4:00-7:30 PM! It promises to be a vibrant afternoon of creativity and connection, showcasing the many talents of our students. We look forward to seeing everyone on campus for this special tradition.

Performances & Art

The afternoon will feature a variety of student-led performances and a gallery of original work:

  • Sneak Peeks of Matilda The Musical: Get an exclusive first look at our upcoming production with individual and ensemble performances.
  • Live Music & More: Our students take the stage performing vocal solos, contemporary pop hits, and a high-energy routine by our cheerleaders. We will conclude the performances with a special appearance by our elementary school students.
  • The Art Gallery: Browse original pieces handcrafted by students across all grade levels.
    • Note: All artwork will be available for purchase. Proceeds directly support our art program and student scholarship fund.

Activities & Dining

There is plenty to do for all ages! Join us for football and volleyball, explore the campus with our scavenger hunt, or get creative with pop art activities (activities require wristband- football, volleyball, and pop art available without wristband).

We are also thrilled to host several local food trucks, providing a variety of “Eats” for families to enjoy while they take in the “Arts” and “Beats.”

Silent Auction & Raffle

Be sure to visit the Elementary Pavilion to participate in our Silent Auction and Raffle.

  • Raffle: Tickets are $20 for 5. Winners will be drawn starting at 7:00 PM (must be present to win).
  • Silent Auction: Browse unique items and place your bids online via Zeffy. Bidding closes at 7:15 PM sharp.

Are you still looking for ways for your family to earn Ambassador Hours? Our biggest fundraiser of the year is right around the corner and we need your support! This event brings our community together to celebrate creativity, music, and food while raising essential funds for Pace Brantley. Please consider how you can contribute your time, talent, or treasure to help make this year’s event a success. Thank you to all who have participated with planning and donations thus far! 

Here is a quick overview of ways to participate/contribute:

  1. Class/Grade-Level Basket Donations

Each level will be creating themed baskets for the event. Below are the points of contact and sign-up links to contribute to the different baskets.

  1. Ideas and items for themed raffle baskets- If you have an idea for a themed raffle basket or auction item that you would like to see this year, please let us know.  And, any gift cards and or small item donations are always welcomed to be incorporated into our raffle baskets!
  2. Local Business Donations- A volunteer team has reached out to local businesses for contributions/donations. However, if you know of a small business that may be interested in , please contact Lindsay Durfee or Eugenia Fernandez for donation forms and details. 
  3. Day-Of Event Volunteers- Save the date and stay tuned for more details about the helping hands we will need on the day! We will most likely be in need of assistance with set-up and clean-up which is a great opportunity for volunteer hours for students/young adults in need of community volunteer hours!

Your participation truly matters. Arts, Beats & Eats directly supports programs that enrich your child’s school experience—we cannot do it without our amazing families!

Vendor Requirements

Please review and agree to the following requirements:

  • Insurance: Provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance with Pace Brantley Preparatory School listed as the certificate holder.
  • Display Setup: Vendors are responsible for bringing:
    • Your own table and tent/canopy
    • All necessary display items for your product/service
    • Catalogs, brochures, and business cards
    • Signage and promotional materials
  • Payment Options: Vendors must offer cashless payment options (credit/debit cards, mobile payment apps, etc.)
