Joining the Pace Brantley Family

Interested in joining Pace Brantley and seeing what we have to offer your child and family?

Join us for one of our weekly Information Session via Zoom by signing up below. Then complete the Inquiry Form with your child’s information.  If you are unable to attend an Information Session, our Admission Coordinator, Ms. Frost will call you to answer any of your questions.  We invite you to take our Campus and Classroom Virtual Tours and watch our Informational Videos to learn more about our school, the history, student population and school focus.

Complete the Inquiry Form and Attend an Information Session.

Information sessions are Wednesday’s at Noon.

 

 

Once you have sent in an official Inquiry Form and attended an Information Session, our Admissions Coordinator Amber Frost will reach out to you to invite you to apply.

Submit a Complete Application and pay the $50.00 non-refundable application fee.

 

Once you’ve applied and been accepted, we will reach out with necessary enrollment paperwork.  We can’t wait to welcome you as part of the Pace Brantley Family!

Application Process:  After the Inquiry Form and information is received you will receive a phone call from the Admissions Coordinator, Ms. Frost,  If invited to apply, she will email you the application and prospective student paperwork forms and school information.  A $50.00 non-refundable application fee, application and required paperwork received by 5:00 pm Tuesday will be reviewed by the Admission Committee which meets every Thursday morning.  Ms. Frost, will be in touch with families with the committee’s recommendations which may include referral to another school or an invitation for the next step of the admission process which would be a student visit day.

Student Visit Day: During the visit day, the student will spend time in the classroom and participate in admission testing. Admission testing is standardized and an assessment summary will be provided.  A $250.00 non-refundable testing fee is required.

Campus Tour:  Once a student is invited to the campus for a visit day, the student’s immediate family will be provided a campus tour at that time.  Virtual campus and classroom tours are available until this phase of the admission process.

Admission Decision:  The Admissions committee meets each Thursday to review the student’s file, review information from the visit day to make a final recommendation.  Decisions are communicated by Ms. Frost, the Admission Coordinator within 1-3 days of the committee’s meeting.
