Walking and Stretching club
Join us for Walk & Stretch, a relaxing after-school activity every Wednesday from 2:40 to 3:40 beginning on Wednesday, November 4! As the weather turns crisp and cool, there’s no better time to get outside, breathe in the fresh fall air, and enjoy a walk around the school loop with friends. It’s a great way to catch up, chat, and get some exercise without even noticing you’re doing it. Along the way, we’ll pause to unroll our yoga mats in the grass and ease into some simple yoga poses, stretches, and moments of calm meditation. No experience is needed, and everyone is welcome to go at their own pace. Spending time outdoors, moving your body, and taking a quiet moment to reset is wonderful for both mind and body, and it’s the perfect way to unwind and recharge in the middle of the week. Come walk, stretch, and enjoy the season with us!

Sports Physical
Students that participate in any after-school sport MUST have a sports physical completed and signed by your child’s physician. A new sports physical is required each school year.
Concussion Protocol
The State of Florida Insurance companies are requiring all afterschool sports or activities to be aware of concussions. Any child at Pace Brantley Preparatory School plans to participate in any afterschool physical activities or sports will need to have a current Concussion Protocol certificate on file. You need to complete this protocol once a school year for your child.
The parent or guardian of the child will need to watch a video and take the short quiz on concussions.
