Admissions Process

Our Admissions Process

Step One

The first step in determining if Pace Brantley Preparatory School is the right school for your child is to get familiar with our school. Check out the Pace Brantley campus on a virtual tour and see what others are saying about our school and our programs.

Step Two

Next, complete and submit an inquiry form which will be delivered to the admissions team. After submitting the form, you will automatically receive an email containing a link to sign up for one of our Zoom information sessions (please check your spam folder if you do not see the email) and our Director of Admissions will reach out to provide more information and answer any questions you have. Information sessions are held on Tuesdays at noon unless otherwise noted.

Step Three

After attending an information session, you can request an admissions packet which contains an application, a list of required documentation, and additional information about Pace Brantley Preparatory School. To complete the application process you will need to submit the complete admissions packet, including required documentation as well as a $50.00 non-refundable application fee. Your application will then be reviewed by the admissions committee, which meets weekly. Our Director of Admissions will be in touch to discuss the committee’s recommendations.

Step Four

If the admissions committee feels we can support your child, we will invite them to attend two visit days in which your child will spend time in their grade level classroom and participate in admission testing. Admission testing is standardized and a testing report will be provided. A $250.00 non-refundable testing fee is required.

While your child is visiting a classroom, you will be provided a campus tour with a member of the admissions team and will have an opportunity to ask additional questions.

Step Five

After both student visit days have been completed, the admissions committee will meet to review the student application, required documentation, and information from the visit days and will make final recommendations. An enrollment decision will be communicated by the Director of Admissions as soon as possible.

For all general inquiries, please contact Admissions or you may call the front office at 407-869-8882.

A parentally placed private school student with a disability does not have an individual right to receive some or all of the special education and related services that the student would receive if enrolled in a public school under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

Notice to parents enrolling students under the FES-UA scholarship: Please note that our school accommodates students with disabilities in accordance with the requirements under federal and local law. However, your child may not necessarily receive the types of accommodations or related services that your child may be entitled to receive at a public school as public schools have different obligations under the IDEA. The IDEA does not apply to private schools.

We are happy to have a conversation with you about the accommodations that your child may need and be entitled to at our school.
