Yoga, Stretching, and Meditation
We are excited to introduce Yoga, Stretching, and Meditation with Nurse Field designed to keep kids active, healthy, and engaged! This program includes fun and dynamic activities tailored to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall fitness in a safe environment. Stretching and holding stretches for muscle strength and flexibility. Helps prevent injuries and helps with coordination, and balance. Helps reduce stress, and promotes calmness. Perfect addition for athletes and non athletes.
These activities not only promote physical health but also help reduce stress, boost energy levels, and build confidence. By participating, students will develop healthy habits that support their well-being while having a great time. For more information or questions, contact DeAnn Field.

Tuesdays: 9/2, 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/6

Concussion Protocol
The State of Florida Insurance companies are requiring all afterschool sports or activities to be aware of concussions.
If any child at Pace Brantley Preparatory School plans to participate in any afterschool physical activities or sports, the parent will need to be aware of concussions.
The parent or guardian of the child will need to watch a video and take the short quiz on concussions.
