Master Rhythm through Drumming
Join Nurse Field in the Assembly Hall to learn different drumming rhythms on a variety of drums and other surfaces. You’ll learn rhythms using your hands on different surfaces including African Drums. Then, you’ll move on to using drum sticks and try your hand at “dribbling” using drum pads and table tops. If time allows, Nurse Field will even introduce how to read music for drums. If you have drumming equipment you can bring your own, or you can use Nurse Field’s.
Open to all grade levels.
