What are the school uniforms?

Pace Brantley Preparatory School Uniforms

Polo Shirt Colors: True Royal Blue/Cobalt or White
(Lime Green will be phased out by the 2024-2025 school year)

*One Cobalt polo shirt from Lands’ End required to have the Pace Brantley logo to be worn during special events. (i.e., field trips, picture day, assemblies etc.)

• Shorts or Pants: Khaki or Black (Navy will be phased out by the 2024-2025 school year)

*No cargo shorts

Embroidered polo shirts are available for purchase through Lands’ End here.

Do you accept students on the Autism Spectrum?

We serve students whose priority need is a diagnosed learning disorder. Students may also have a diagnosis such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 1) or Anxiety; however, we do not provide direct therapeutic support in those areas.

Do you have morning and aftercare?

Pace Brantley Preparatory School offers morning and afternoon for an additional cost.

Morning Care is 7:15 am - 8:05 am daily

After Care is 3:50 pm - 5:30 pm (2:50 pm - 5:30 pm Wednesdays)

Does a student have to have a diagnosed learning disability to attend Pace Brantley Preparatory School?

Pace Brantley serves students whose priority need stems from academic difficulties. Our focus is working with students diagnosed with disorders such as:

  • Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD)
  • Dyslexia (Reading Disorder)
  • Dysgraphia (Disorder of Written Expression)
  • Dyscalculia (Mathematics Disorder)
  • Expressive/Receptive Language Disorder
  • Auditory Processing Disorder
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) with accompanying learning disorder

Does PBPS offer after school activities, extracurricular activities or sports?

Pace Brantley Preparatory School offers many different events and extracurricular activities, including basketball, Fishing Club, Running Club and each year our Drama Department puts on a musical production.

Does PBPS provide speech/language therapy, occupational therapy, or mental health counseling services?

At Pace Brantley Preparatory School, we have a full time speech/language specialist that is Orton -Gillingham trained and we partner with independent providers to occupational therapy services on our campus for students who need them. Families work with the therapist to determine frequency, and delivery method of therapeutic interventions based on each student's needs.

Our school employs two full-time guidance counselors who support students socially and emotionally throughout the school day. Our counselors provide resources, referrals, and guidance around well-being to both students and families. However, they do not offer private counseling services in or outside of school.
