Chess Club
You are invited to join the PBPS Chess Club!
Whether you’re brand new to the game or already thinking three moves ahead, our Scholastic Chess Club is open to all students who want to sharpen their minds and have a great time doing it. Chess builds critical thinking, focus, patience, and problem-solving skills; all while encouraging creativity and strategic play. Each week, we’ll learn new tactics and challenge each other in friendly matches. No experience needed – just a little curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a love for a good challenge.
There will be a total of four 6-week sessions offered on Thursdays this school year. You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you’d like. Email your questions to Mrs. Tabora at LTabora@pacebrantley.org.
