Capital Campaign

On Pace For The Future

We believe in a whole student learning approach as we prepare students academically and socially for life.  We have an excellent opportunity to build on the foundation started more than 50 years ago and create an extraordinary experience that will help Pace Brantley students to learn and develop skills for a successful future.

Setting the Global Pace for Building Future Generations of Learners

Our Campus of the Future will provide a collective space where teachers can expand resources to increase the learning possibilities for the ever-growing need for our unique teaching environment.

Pace Brantley Preparatory School is embarking on a capital campaign to build a state-of-the-art 40,000 square foot, energy-efficient Learning Center and an 18,000 square foot new multi-use gymnasium.  We plan to raise approximately $15MM needed to make this expansion a reality.

Why a Capital Campaign?

While Pace is changing with the times, the school buildings are not.  Most of the buildings on campus are still the original structures and are over 60 years old. The plumbing, electrical, air conditioning vents and fiber wiring are obsolete.  We are continuously working to provide enough facilities to meet ADA requirements.

Due to the age and condition of the structures, it would be inefficient and costly to renovate.  To increase the learning possibilities for the ever-growing need for our unique teaching environment, we need to update our buildings.

We also see an increased need for a gymnasium and indoor space for indoor activities.

A new learning center and multi-use gymnasium will maximize usable space, allow the school to be more efficient and productive, and meet the growing needs of our students, families and community.

What is a Capital Campaign?

A capital campaign is a targeted fundraising effort designed to raise funds for a specific project. It’s typically used to raise money for building projects or construction. A capital campaign takes multiple years to complete and aims to raise millions of dollars.

Opportunities to Make an Impact

The Pace Brantley expansion plan allows donors many opportunities to have their name, business name, name of a family member or friend, on the new learning center and/or multi-use gymnasium.

We invite parents, alumni, parents of alumni, grandparents, family members, foundations, businesses and friends to partner with us and consider one of the naming and recognition opportunities.

Gifts of $1,000,000 and above:

Naming Opportunity-a personal naming of the facility as well as prominent recognition on the Honor Wall of Donors that will be displayed in the new classroom building. Donors at this level will also be recognized on the website and in media publications.

Gifts from $25,000 up to $750,000:

Recognition Opportunity which includes a sign at the entrance to classrooms and other spaces or places.  Donors at this level will be displayed on the Honor Wall of Donors in the new building and will also be recognized on the website and in media publications.
